We hosted Christmas day this year so I was cooking for seven. It wasn’t as daunting as I thought it would be. I’d prepped the veg the day before, and the young man’s mum brought a few bits so it all turned out well.
I don’t like wearing slippers when we have visitors, so I wore my silver leather flats by Georgia Rose which were just as comfortable but felt more polished.

I've hosted Christmas Day once & didn't enjoy it. Mum & Dad have had years of practice so have it down to a fine art. All so delicious, I've been eating salad everyday since Friday! Happy new year :)
