Best of 2011: December

And so to December. We were away in sunnier climes at the beginning of the month but once we were back I was able to wear my winter woollies and boots to my heart’s content.

Best of 2011: November

There were only a few pictures for November to choose from, as we went away on the 12th. Much of the fortnight before that I was forced to work from home as my car was out of action. By this point it had got cold so I was just bundling up in sweaters and EMU boots every day.

Best of 2011: October

I think outfit-wise, October was my favourite month this year. Despite moving offices and the start of a long saga of car troubles, I put together some awesome outfits. Which one is your favourite?

Best of 2011: September

I am always pleased when it gets to September as it means I can stop pretending to be warm in summer clothes and bring out the boots and sweaters. It also means the countdown to Christmas is on.

Best of 2011: August

August was chilly and a bit wet if I remember correctly. A standard British summer, judging by the past few years. By the end of the month many of my clothes were getting too big for me, which was a good excuse to go shopping!

Best of 2011: July

Outfit pictures for July were thin on the ground as we took a week off at the beginning of the month. I had a trip to London with my sister during the second week and I embarked on my Weight Watchers journey.

Best of 2011: June

There was further warm weather, and it was show week this month.

Best of 2011: May

I embarked on my second 30x30 at the beginning of May, but thanks to the erratic British weather I gave up on it around the 11th. It was warm and I was worried that by restricting myself to 30 items at that point I wouldn’t have chance to wear some of my summer things at all, as further warm weather in later months couldn’t be guaranteed.

Best of 2011: April

We took a week off at the end of the month, to coincide with the long weekends for Easter and the Royal Wedding/May Day. It got hot that week, with some of the best weather of the year.

It was getting a little warmer and a little lighter by March, warm enough for nude tights by the end of the month.

My first 30x30! I loved each and every day of February and this challenge, and I think I made some pretty good outfits out of my 30 items. But which is your favourite?
