Outfit: Last Day of January!

I am excited to see the back of January as it means the days are getting longer and spring is gradually approaching. It also means that the 30 for 30 challenge starts tomorrow. My initial thoughts are that I am going to be OK remixing my clothes, but I will miss not being able to utilise the full extent of my shoe collection. Amber is repeating her shoe challenge from 14th February, and encouraging other people to sign up to it this year. I will do it again I think as it was a good way to ensure I wore all my shoes. Plus, when people accused me of having too many, I could say ‘yes, but I have worn every pair bar [however many were left at that point] since January this year’.

I still have the Capsule Wardrobe challenge to plan for, but I’ll do that nearer the time.

I wasn’t sure what to wear on the last day before my 30 items took over, but I had been looking at these shoes in my wardrobe for a few days thinking that I must wear them again soon, so it grew from there. I love the little fishtail pleat-y thing on the back of this skirt. I forgot to put my lipstick on before I took my pictures, but it’s dark red, a similar colour to my sweater.
