Well look what I found on Friday night! Yep, it’s the missing dress! Hooray! Somehow, it had managed to jump off its hanger (despite being held on with hanger loops round the neck of the hanger), land on the floor at the opposite end of my closet, and burrow its way underneath a pair of boots. That is one amazing dress! Anyway, I’m just glad to have it back and am showing it some love by wearing it today.
These boots were bought for £20 from Priceless Shoes and this is their third winter I think. I love them with dresses/skirts and over jeans. They will need some TLC from the cobbler if they are to last another winter – reheeling and new tips on the toes.
After glorious sunshine yesterday it has dropped cold again and there was a frost this morning. I had hoped I was done with scraping my car for this year. Oh March, how you like to tease us.
