Called the Louboutin Manicure, it was devised by Zoe Pocock of the Charles Worthington salon in London. It was featured in Grazia magazine but I saw it on Kiss and Makeup, who spotted it on All Lacquered Up. If you want a professional one it will cost you £36, but my friend over at Shiny has tried it herself and, although the red is not quite as bright as she hoped, it looks pretty fab!
