The new season items have started to arrive at Long Tall Sally and already I am in love. This waistcoat is my favourite item I’ve seen in the collection so far. I love that it can be styled as was intended: with a suit and button up shirt; and that can also be styled with jeans and boots as shown here. It is £45 at the moment so I am going to wait until the inevitable ‘mid-season’ sale before I buy it.
I love waistcoats for the very reasons you mention. I also love the fact that they can hide wobbly bits at the top of my jeans when I've over-indulged.
