I’m wearing all the neutrals today – grey, black, tan, cream. I really wanted to wear a knit dress as they are so easy to pull on, and totally cosy. It was also just an excuse to wear these boots again. They are so comfy and I have a lot of running around to do today: the post office and Morrison’s at dinnertime, taking my car to get 2 new tyres this afternoon. This evening I have one more gift to parcel up for posting, the washing to get dry, ironing to do and then I might be able to sit down for a while!
I put our tree up last night and the young man strung up the Christmas cards over the fireplace. It all looks much more Christmassy in the front room now and I'm feeling quite festive.
