Orchard red wedge

Yesterday was May Day bank holiday, and the final day of my week off. I spent the morning making bread (which turned out really well for a first attempt), tidying up the spare room and doing about five loads of washing. After dinner we cycled to the young man’s parents’ for a cup of tea, then headed off to meet a mate for a couple of drinks. We ended up in the local church yard, trying to seek out a patch of sunlight to ward off the chill of the breeze.

We returned home for another BBQ, but by that point it was so cold outside that we sat in the conservatory rather than the garden.

These red wedges were bought last summer when I couldn’t get the pair I actually wanted from Next. They came from Brantano and are by a brand called Orchard.

Navy and cream stripe top – Forever 21
Jeans – South at Very.co.uk (gifted)
Red beads – Ethel Austin
Silver cross necklace – gifted
Red wedges – Orchard (Brantano)

Total Est. Cost £38
