This morning we got up in reasonable time and the young man headed out to get his hair cut and do a little Christmas shopping. I cleaned the bathroom, stripped the bed, vacced, did three loads of washing, wrapped my Christmas presents and made some soup (butternut squash, aubergine and carrot). The young man returned and we had some soup for lunch.
This afternoon we have been pottering about the house: I wrapped what the young man had bought this morning, made the bed, ironed and updated our scrapbook. I’m going to think about making something for tea in a while and I think we will have a quiet night in watching TV.
