I shouldn’t need to wear boots in June, but it was another lovely summer’s day today. By which I of course mean that it was raining! So boots seemed like a good option to keep my feet dry. I layered a couple of long sleeve tops in bright colours and added a knitted scarf (which I also shouldn’t have to do in June but my office is FREEZING and it wasn’t really that warm outside) and called it casual Friday.
Last night I did the supermarket shopping and we watched a couple of episodes of This Life. Standard Thursday night really.

I never understand the point of keeping office a/c blasting when it's not actually hot outside. I temped once in a place where I was sat right under the a/c unit, like you wearing millions of layers in summer. People were melting and I was freezing cold right under the a/c. I didn't renew with them as you can imagine!
ReplyDeleteI think boots have become something of a year round fashion. Especially if the weather dictates, why not break them out. Today's outfit is perfect for casual Friday.
