A Friday is always a good day, but a Friday before a bank holiday weekend is even better! Burgundy is one of my favourite shades for fall, but I also took the opportunity of a dry day to wear one of my pairs of summer flats. I call them summer flats as they're fabric, and striped, and not at all practical for autumn and winter weather.
