Since New Year's Day fell on a Sunday this year we were granted an extra day off on the Monday to compensate. Which meant that the first week back to work was just a four day one and that is never a bad thing!
The first few days of January turned cold again and I wore this oversized cosy green sweater several times. It was perfect for winter walks in the daytime sunshine, and then snuggling up by the fire in the evening.
