I was promised sunshine for today by the BBC website and had planned to wear my brown peep toe platforms. But when I got up this morning it was raining and so an alternative footwear choice was necessary. As these jeans are so long, it had to be something with a very high heel. I’ve not worn these boots for ages and boots are perfect in the rain. They have a 4” heel so fitted the bill perfectly. Consequently, I’m all leg today, but that happens to me a lot anyway. And the sun has come out now. Typical!
The inspiration for this outfit was the new makeup I got at Boots yesterday. I bought an Urban Decay eye pencil in Electric (a turquoisey-green colour) and got a brown eye shadow free in the Clinique Bonus Time box when I stocked up on foundation. I am wearing both today and needed an outfit to match!
