I’m wearing two of my new items from yesterday today. You know how I like to wear new stuff as soon as I can! I have a feeling this blue cardi will become as well worn as the slouchy grey one I have.
I wanted to get some further wear out of my white jeans whilst it is still summer (although I fully intend wearing them tucked into boots through the winter). I think these jeans work well with a longer top, hence the grey tunic/dress. And I thought it would be fun to have the ruffles from the blue cami peeking out of the v neck.
Last night was a quiet one. The young man went out for a drink with his friend and I spent the evening reading magazines and listening to the Dixie Chicks.
I have a good feeling about today. I am meeting a friend for coffee at dinner time and the sun is shining, which always makes me happy.
