Outfit: It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas…
There are more and more houses with their Christmas lights up everywhere I drive now, and everything is starting to look a lot more festive. As far as my own preparation go, I have had a very productive weekend. I did most of my shopping on Friday afternoon (just one person left to buy for now) and got all my gifts wrapped on Saturday afternoon. Last night I finished writing my cards and will go to the Post Office at dinnertime today to post them. I’m hoping to put my tree up at some point this week too.
If you’re wondering why I’ve been wearing my glasses for the last few days, it’s because my right eyelid is swollen and the drops I’ve got for it can’t be used with contact lenses. I have learned how to put eye drops in this weekend too – one time when I had to use them my friend had to put them in for me as I couldn’t do it. However, I got a lesson from my sister on Friday and have been successfully administering them myself all weekend. Hopefully my eye will be better by tomorrow evening so I can wear my lenses when I go out.
A classic purple & black outfit today. I added the belt as homage to Kimberley as I think it’s something she would do. And after wearing my killer leopard heels on Friday, I was keen to wear something equally as high today. These black shoes were a total bargain in the sale last year.
