I have seen lots of other bloggers doing the shorts over tights/leggings thing. I tried it out the other night and really liked the look. I don’t think it’s much different to wearing a mini skirt but you are not in danger of flashing anything you shouldn’t if you are in shorts!
I tried out a couple of different of different tops & boots/shoes with it and I think the striped one works best, along with the cowboy boots. The heels would work well for a night out though. I’ve not been anywhere in shorts yet, but I would really like to try it out as a casual daytime look soon.
What does everyone else out there think of this look?
I love the look too, but have taken the decision as a mother of a (very nearly) 14 year old and a 9 year old who both pull of the look with aplomb, that maybe it's not for me.

I like the stripey look 2 .. infact I wore my shorts, tights and a stripey grey jumper recently :D
