Look who came back to join the party! Why yes, it’s our old friend the snow! Except this time it fell all day yesterday but then it warmed up in the evening and much of it melted away. I wanted to take advantage of the sunshine that seldom puts in an appearance at this time of year, but in doing so I managed to make myself look a little washed out. It was so bright out there and it was all I could do not to squint.

In the spirit of getting things done, I made leek and potato soup (for dinner tomorrow), did a load of washing, cleaned the bathroom, vacced, and washed all of my make up brushes. I am teaching Sunday school tomorrow so I had to go out for supplies for my lesson. I put the Sat Nav function on my phone to the test as I drove to Tesco (I don’t think it’s that great to be honest) and picked up what I needed. When I got home I had some dinner, planned my lesson and did then ironing. I am not enjoying a quiet afternoon with a SATC DVD, You Tube videos and tea.

I have a love-hate relationship with these jeggings. On the one hand they make my legs look fabulous, but on the other hand, they don’t stay up very well. They are a little better when they’ve been worn a couple of times but as they are fresh from the wash today, they are getting a little annoying!
