RI Red wedges

I changed my mind as to what I was going to wear today when I saw the weather forecast last night. The weatherman said it would probably be the warmest day of the year so far today, so I figured a sweater was probably not the best option.

It also meant an opportunity to save the Insane Red Wedges (like Emma Pilsbury’s Insane Yellow Blouse, but shoes). I got these in River Island last summer after Amber bought a pair and talked about how comfy they were. It seems crazy that wedges this high could be comfy but they really are. The platform is so high your feet aren’t actually at that much of an angle and the insides are fabric so they don’t rub. I am about 8 foot tall wearing them, but that only makes my t shirt even more appropriate.

Blue cardi – Next Tall (eBay)
White t – CafĂ© Press
Jeans – South at Very.co.uk (gifted)
Red wedges – River Island
Blue ring – Dorothy Perkins
Silver hoops – gifted
Silver cross - gifted
Red belt – Dorothy Perkins

Total Est. Cost £70

  2. That's a great t shirt! Somebody pointed out my height in a public washroom this week.
I think I need to find a pair of wedges. I have a hard time walking in heels, but wedges seem like a good solution.

  3. Love that t-shirt! Those shoes do look comfy, even for being so high. Great find, great outfit!

  4. Oh My God, I love that tshirt! I need one like it but with the word "tall" swapped for "short". Can you imagine how funny we'd look standing side-by-side!

  5. Thanks ladies!
And I'm 5'11" in bare feet - about 6'4" in those red wedges!
