Outfit: The Beginning of the End
So this is a little different to how I wore this dress at the beginning of the month, huh? I had bare legs and bare arms back then, thanks to the heat wave. This week they are forecasting snow over high ground in Scotland.
The title refers to it being my last week at the second office which we have all come to love over the 3 or so years we have been here. We are all being relocated to the other side of the city on Friday which will mean an increased commute time (and an earlier start) for me. Not looking forward to that at all. It is a lovely little group that works in this office and I am very sad that we will be scattered far and wide in the windowless open plan office we are moving to. We are going out for a farewell lunch on Thursday.
Today I collect my newly shortened dress from the alterations lady, and I need to go to the post office to post my latest eBay sales. I also need to buy eggs so I can make moussaka for tea.

I love layering my clothes too. You get so much more mileage out of your wardrobe!
ReplyDeleteThat is very true. And when you are cold all the time, like I am, layering is essential!
ReplyDeleteWe had sleet showers yesterday and we are not on high ground! Bad times!
ReplyDeleteBoo to the longer commute and earlier starts!
I know... I am leaving the warm of the SW to the cold of the NW. I plan to layer and do a lot of shopping!
