Outfit: Shoeper Challenge # 98 and Some New Shoes
You will be pleased to know that the LK Bennett shoes I wrote about last week made their way to me eventually. These are the latest gift voucher purchase from Sarenza for their Brand Ambassador programme, which I am loving being a part of. I pictured these working well with blue and I was going to put them with blue tights (I’m determined to wear more coloured tights this year) but that seemed a bit much so I stuck with the blue cardi (for warmth as much as colour) and folded it up so as not to detract from the flared skirt of the dress.
Last night I made tea, and then prepared some bits for today to go in the slow cooker. Fingers crossed it turns out OK whilst I’m not there to keep and eye on it!
Later on we watched a film on TV – Along Came A Spider. I have seen most of this film before, and again saw most of it last night. The trouble with films that start at 9pm is that I will generally watch an hour or so of it, then go for a shower and then watch the end in bed. So by that point I will have missed something crucial and the end won’t make a whole lot of sense.
Black dress – H&M
Blue cardi – Next Tall (eBay)
Black tights – H&M?
Burgundy shoes – LK Bennett (c/o Sarenza)
Blue necklace – BHS
Silver hoops – gifted
Total Est. Cost £46

How exciting! (I'm referring, of course, to the shoe voucher program.) The red shade is quite lovely.
ReplyDeleteI've also been nervous about running my slow cooker while at work and so have never tried it. I'll have to see how yours turns out :)
I am pleased to report that the slow cooker cooking was a great success. Will be using it again tomorrow.
