Georgia Rose brown suede flats

I know I say this most weeks, but boy, am I glad it’s Friday today! I think our electric went off at about 1.20am this morning. I must have been deeply asleep because a power cut causes all the alarms in the street to go off and that’s a loud noise, especially at one in the morning. What woke me up was the young man resetting his alarm clock and oddly my bedside lamp being on – I hadn’t even had it on last night so it’s not like I fell asleep and left it on. Random. I could well have dreamed the whole thing; I forgot to check the microwave this morning to see whether it needed resetting.

Last night I couldn’t face going out (I’ve had something on every night so far this week) so I stayed in and watched Gypsy Weddings on 4OD, then Mary Portas’s new series at 9pm. It was nice just to sit on the sofa and chill out.

This is the pair of shoes I didn’t save on Tuesday evening. I told you I wear them quite often. They are suede outside and leather inside, making them very comfortable, and they came to me c/o Sarenza. They are by Georgia Rose who I like because they (she?) make shoes up to a size 43 (UK 9).

Speaking of Sarenza – my latest pair of shoes is on the way to me today. Stay tuned to see what I chose. And tonight I have another evening in – I think an early night is in order.

Brown suede flats – Georgia Rose (c/o Sarenza)
Brown belt - free with a skirt

  2. There is a full explanation over on www.shoeperwoman.com as it is her challenge, but basically, you have 1 year in which to 'save' all the shoes you own by wearing and photographing them. You have to get rid of any you haven't worn by the end of the challenge.
