Irregular Choice Patty

Today is forecast to be bright and sunny so I thought I would take the opportunity to save some fabric shoes whilst we have dry weather. The pair I chose is this fabulous Union Flag design by Irregular Choice. They were a birthday present from my parents last year and got quite a bit of wear last spring and summer. This is their first outing this year (it’s been far too wet for fabric shoes recently) but with the Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics coming up, I’m sure they will be worn again as a subtle nod to British patriotism. I love these because they are velvet lined and it's like putting on a pair of (high heeled) slippers.

Last night I picked the young man up from the train station but ended up having to drive into the city as the train was unable to stop where he’d planned to alight due to an electrical fault. Or something. So we ended up getting home later than expected and there wasn’t much evening left.

  2. Thank you. Yes I think the shoes are still available, try the Irregular Choice website (though you'll probably be able to get them cheaper elsewhere if you have smaller feet than I do) - the style is called Patty and they come in black too.
