Outfit: Shoeper Challenge 2012 #60 and Little Shop of Horrors Day
“On the 21st day in the month of September, in an early year of a decade not too long before our own, the human race suddenly encountered a deadly threat to its very existence. And this terrifying enemy surfaced (as such enemies often do) in the seemingly most innocent and unlikely of places...”
OK, annual quote over with so let’s get on with the business of the day. It’s cold. And wet. Fall is most definitely here. I am going to swap my clothes over at the weekend I think. I was holding off in case we got some surprise warm weather at the end of September/beginning of October like we did last year, but looking at next week’s forecast that seems unlikely.
Last night was choir practice and church and it was freezing. I never got to the bottom of whether the heat wasn’t on because it’s only September (at my old church we were only allowed heat October to March) or whether the boiler is broken. When I got home I had a mug of tea to warm up and played about on my phone for a while.
I wore the leopard print booties today that I didn’t wear yesterday. I love these things and they’re pretty comfy for a heeled boot too. They made it into my 30 items when I did the 30x30 a couple of years back. These boots are by Bocage and were a gift from Sarenza about two years ago in return for some promotional work for them. This was back before the Brand Ambassador programme started. They’ve had a lot of wear over the years but the quality is fantastic so they’ve stood up to it well.

I am really, really trying not to be a creepy internet, blog stalker by commenting everyday.
ReplyDeleteThat said... you are just killing it with your outfits this week. There is nothing about today's (Friday) outfit that is not awesome in my opinion. I love the jacket and the belt/belt buckle in particular - they really make the look I think. Happy weekend!
