We had a great time bowling last night, and we called at McDonalds on the way home for fries and McNuggets. This morning the young man cooked a full breakfast before his friend went home. He has gone to help another mate fit a security alarm today and I am waiting for the washer to finish so I can put the sheets on the line. I’m then going to have a walk up to the retail park as I need some bits from Boots.
It’s not that cold outside today so I’ve ditched my winter coat in favour of a cord jacket. I love little jackets like this and I plan to make good use of them now that spring is approaching. I am aware that spring is not quite here though, hence the scarf. This jacket was a particularly good buy – it was just a fiver in a charity shop in my hometown.
