Guess what? It’s not raining today! (You thought I was going to say that it was still raining, didn’t you?) It finally stopped around lunchtime yesterday, which meant the lads and I were able to get out for a walk and not get wet.
Last night I went and did the Tesco shop and for some reason it took longer than usual. I got home and made my tea, and watched Mary Queen of Frocks whilst I was eating it. I put the washing in the dryer, put on another load of washing, made the lunches and did some boxing and bowling on the Wii. The young man arrived home around 8.30pm and I made him some tea. I planned my Sunday school lesson for Sunday and then my friend S phoned so I chatted to her for a while. By that point it was bed time.
How cute is this sailor top? I got it from Topshop this week, couldn’t resist the navy blue and the collar detailing. I was going to wear it with red jeans, but wasn’t sure whether that would be overkill or not? Maybe next time.
This evening I need to change the bed sheets and I have some items ending on eBay so I need to parcel those up. Tomorrow I am going to Harrogate for the day with my sister, to take her out for a birthday lunch. Then I have a friend’s 30th party in the evening. Sunday is teaching Sunday school and then a quiet afternoon, I hope!
