Outfit: Shoeper Challenge #86 and Ladies Who Lunch
It was my sister’s birthday on Thursday so, as is our tradition, I met her in Harrogate yesterday and took her for lunch at Betty’s Tea Rooms. It was delicious as always. We had a wander around the shops in the afternoon, and then went to the Valley Gardens and had ice cream in the sunshine.
I got these boots last autumn, when I was in Bristol for my friend’s hen do. They were a replacement for my Matalan pair which had finally given up the ghost and become leaky beyond repair.
Last night the young man and I went to my friend’s 30th birthday party. It was at a bar that I had not been to before, in a student-y area of the city. We had a good time, but left fairly early as we both had to be up early this morning. I didn’t get chance to take pictures before I went out, but I wore a floaty navy dress, black shrug, black tights and silver shoes.
