Outfit: Not So Chilly
Yesterday afternoon the plumber arrived at my office, and there was much rejoicing. He mended the boiler meaning the heating came on this morning. And there was much rejoicing. Consequently I may be a little overdressed, but there is still frost on the ground and today’s top temperature is forecast to be just 2°C.
I had planned to wear my Jaiden booties, but didn’t want to deal with frostbitten toes thanks to the peep toe so the OTK boots were calling to me as they would also keep my knees warm. Turns out I was right, as even in wool mix tights and extra socks (the boots are a bit big) my toes were still cold this morning.
Tonight I am going to a gym class that is new to me – Basic Step. I’ve never done a step class before but I’m sure it will be fine. Then it’s a quiet night in so I plan to shower and get into my PJs, and try to finish my book.
