Outfit: Bonus Evening Look

Deichmann Graceland wedge boot

I got home from work yesterday, did a quick change, snapped some pictures and headed out to the village to pick up my dry cleaning and a package from the post office. The package turned out to be an eBay sale from a couple of weeks back, which had been returned to me as it was delivered to the wrong address (the buyer supplied an incorrect postcode). So now I have to go to the Post Office again and send the package to the right address, which will probably cost more than the item was sold for. Gah!

I went home again, emptied the tumble dryer, emptied and refilled the dishwasher, wrote a quick thank you note to the kind soul who had returned the package and enclosed a cheque for the postage and then it was time to head off to the young man’s parents’ for tea. We had Yorkshire puddings and stew and cooked raspberries and it was delicious.

I was glad I had put these boots on – they’re cosy (and tall!) and outside it was very cold, even when I was walking. When I put my coat on only my knees were exposed (well, the jeans covering them were) and that was bearable.

Leopard print cardi – Primark (eBay)
Navy top – H&M
Jeans – River Island
Tan boots – c/o Deichmann Shoes
Brown leather belt – bought in Crete
Silver hoops – gifted
Silver and diamante necklace – gifted

Total Est. Cost £61

  1. Hiya!

    I love stew!
Any chance of a spin-off food blog?

  2. LOL!
I do post recipes sometimes, so stay tuned! I'm not sure I'd be able to keep up to a second blog though.
