Sarenza Bocage Dimao boots

I’m a third of the way through the 30x30! I’m not finding it too hard but I don’t like my footwear choices being restricted quite this much. That was one of the things I learned the first time I did this and so was prepared for it, but that doesn’t mean I have to like it!

Anyway, last night I went for an eye test after work, then went home and made tea – chicken and mushrooms with a pesto and crème fraîche sauce. After tea I went to Aldi to do the shopping, then went to Tesco for the things Aldi don’t sell. I don’t mind too much doing this as it takes far less time to go round Aldi as it did to do the whole shop at Tesco, purely because the store is smaller and there are far fewer options per product. When I got home I made the lunches for today and then we had some dessert: a Weight Watchers sticky toffee pudding with custard. WW do quite a few of these desserts and they are pretty tasty, especially when you add custard.

At 9pm I watched The Big Reunion on ITV2, the programme that is reuniting various pop bands from the late 90s/early 2000s. Last night’s episode focussed on Atomic Kitten and 911. I remember Atomic Kitten from when I was at university as their videos were always on the (one and only) music channel we had with our cable TV subscription (hey, this was 1998 – the 14 channels we had were a lot back then!). I was never really into 911 so I didn’t know much about them but it was interesting to see how they were formed and what path their career took. I’m looking forward to next week’s show which centres on B*witched, who I quite liked at the time.

Entirely coincidentally I’m channelling B*witched a little with this denim on denim combo. All I need now is a denim jacket!

Black cardi – New Look Tall
Denim shirt – H&M
Jeans – MiH (TK Maxx)
Leopard print booties – Bocage (c/o Sarenza)
Brown belt – free with a skirt
Leopard print scarf – H&M
Silver hoops – gifted
Blue/black ring – charity shop

Total Est. Cost £86

I thought that about your "B*witched" outfit as I read down your post then saw your comment about channelling them! I haven't watched the programme but I did see online that Lee 911 was married to Lindsay B*Witched for 5 years! I had no idea!
